Shotgun Express:

Early U.K. R&B/soul outfit. 1966-1967. Consisted basically of Peter B's Looners with the addition of Rod Stewart (from Steampacket) and Beryl Marsden.

Members at one time or another:
Peter Bardens (keyboard phantom who later formed Village),
Peter Green and Mick Fleetwood (guitarist and drummer who went to John Mayall's Bluesbreakers and later formed Fleetwood Mac),
Dave Ambrose, bass (later with Brian Auger Trinity),
and more excellent guitarists: John Moorshead and Phil Sawyer.
