90: Release of "[Low Budget] Blues Band" (WARNER 9031-73021-2) album by (you guessed it!) Low Budget Blues Band. Despite the name the record company's wallet is wide open, resulting in heavy promotion, giant posters and all.
Line up of the band at this stage is Mats Ronander (vocals, guitar, harp), Lasse Wellander (guitar), Hasse Olsson (Hammond organ), Niklas Medin (piano, keyboards), Nikke Ström (bass) and Pelle Alsing (drums).
Ten years later, three of these gents, Mats Ronander, Niklas Medin and Nikke Ström, can be found playing the blues together in Ronander Blues.
