Quoting their My Space Page: "Dusty Brown was formed in the spring of 2003 in Gothenburg, Sweden. It all started out with five members and two songs. Only a couple of weeks after getting together Dusty Brown recorded their first 3 song cd. In the autumn of 2003 Dusty Brown performed live in swedish national radio. The first recordings were followed up by a 7 track cd in 2004. The self-titled cd was sold in an exclusivly homemade cover, much discussed and appreciated. Stil, Dusty Brown got known in Gotheburg as a great live act with an enthusiastic audience. Many gigs later in november 2004 Dusty Brown signed a record-deal with the established Gothenburg label Dusty Records, and starded to record their first full length album. It was released in april 2005."
